: The study has been registered in the Central Denmark Region's internal list of research projects (1–16-02–93-19). According to Danish regulations, the study was not required to undergo an ethical review for approval, as it did not fall within the scope of the Danish Medical Research Involving Human Subject Act (§14). The Regional Research Ethics Committee of Central Denmark was notified of the project (j. no 180924).
