: According to Danish Legislation, this study did not require ethical approval from the National Committee on Health Research Ethics.At the beginning of each interview, participants were verbally informed about the aim of the study and duration and that the interviews were confidential. Participants provided informed consent by filling in the paper–pencil questionnaire and outcome measures. All participants were told that they could withdraw consent at any time without consequences.
