: This study was approved by the University of Toronto Health Sciences Research Ethics Board (REB# 45644). Potential participants in the patient, healthcare provider, and administrative staff interviews were provided with a project information letter and informed consent form, filled and signed prior to scheduling the interviews. Clinic observations were only performed on those providing verbal informed consent. Participation in the research study, or not, had no impact on their rheumatological care, and participants had the ability to withdraw from the study at any time.
