Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study received approval from the Institutional Review Board of Gachon University Gil Korean Medicine Hospital (Approval No. GIRB-25-110), and a subsequent IRB-approved protocol amendment that added glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) as an additional clinical indicator. Written informed consent will be obtained from all innovation recipients and delivery vehicles before any study procedures. The principal investigator or trained research staff explained the study purpose, procedures, potential risks, and expected benefits.
