Ethics approval and consent to participate: In accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki this project did not require approval by an ethics committee as it did not involve human subjects. An exemption was granted on January 15, 2021, for the CMF project (project #2021 − 851 – ESMO-CMC) by the CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches research ethics board (REB). The exemption covered all 22 teams. Not all participants had to provide a written consent form.
