: The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Assiut University (IRB no. 04–2023-200148).Written informed consent was obtained from the legal guardians of all participants prior to enrollment. Before initiating data collection, the study objectives and procedures were explained thoroughly to each participant’s guardian to ensure full understanding. Confidentiality was strictly maintained by anonymizing data; participants’ names were removed from the dataset and replaced with identification codes.
