: The ethical standards set by the Faculty of Business Administration, Economics and Political Science (BAEPS), The British University in Egypt (BUE) were strictly followed in this study. The BUE Research Ethics Committee granted ethical approval prior to the commencement of data collection. The study's objective, the voluntary nature of participation, and the right to withdraw at any moment without facing any consequences were all communicated to the participants. Before participation, informed consent was acquired from each person taking part in the research. As per institutional and research ethics guidelines, all data were collected anonymously and treated with complete confidentiality.
