: The Whole barley grains (<i>Hordeum vulgare</i> L.) from three distinct cultivars were gathered from the Agriculture Research Center in Egypt and sourced from different geographic locations in Egypt. The three commonly cultivated <i>H. vulgare</i> varieties in Egypt, namely Giza 136 (G.136), Giza 127 (G.127), and Giza 131 (G.131) were utilized.
