: The developed form formulation was tested for skin irritation and in vivo efficacy study using Sprague–Dawley rats and ICR mice. The study started only after obtaining the approval from the Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC) as well as the Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA), under registration number -883/PO/ReBi/S/05/CPCSEA.
