Written informed consent and consent for their daughter to participate in this publication was obtained from the parents of the patient for publication of this case report and accompanying images. Their only worries were that facial features of the child should not be shown, and we assured them that only the perineum of the child would be shown to other physicians for increase in knowledge of this condition.
