Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All the patients received verbal and written information about the study and gave written consent to participate, before the beginning of the study. The anonymity and confidentiality were assured, and all the procedures were performed in compliance with relevant laws and institutional guidelines. The study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Cairo University, Egypt (No: P.T.REC/012/002400) and followed the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000 for procedures involving human participants, and with a ID NCT04004949.
