: The study was done at the Department of Physiotherapy, Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex, Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesha, Nigeria. It is a clinical case report of a patient receiving a planned physiotherapeutic intervention from whom informed consent was taken. The study is not a clinical trial, so no clinical trial registration was done. The patient gave verbal and written consent to participate in the study. The patient reported a significant reduction in the pain, to resume back to his work the following week after treatment.
