: Ethics approval and consent to participateThis study was reviewed and approved by the Fayoum University-Faculty of Medicine (Research Ethical Committee). The official approval was obtained from the general director of the hospital, the manager of the outpatient clinic, and the head of the internal medicine department.The study was performed after explaining its objectives and confidentiality was expressed to the participants. Verbal consent was taken from the participants as an agreement to join the study before clinical examination and laboratory investigation. All participants had the right to not participate in the study.
