: The study was carried out after receiving acceptance by the Research Advisory Committee, BV(DU) SASLP, and approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Medical College, approval number BVDUMC/IEC/154. All the participants were thoroughly explained the purpose, the tests, and the intervention procedure of the study. Informed consent was obtained from the participants who agreed to take part in the study, ensuring they were fully aware of the objectives and procedures of the study.
