Ethical approval was obtained from Institutional Review Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Damietta University (IRB approval No. DU-REC-251; October 6, 2025). Prior to participation, all students were informed about the study objectives, procedures, and their rights. Written informed consent was obtained from each participant before completing the questionnaire. Participation was entirely voluntary, and participants were informed of their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences.
