: This study was performed in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. This was a multistep process which followed the “Clinical, Evidence-based, Guidelines” (CEG) initiative protocol (ethical approval code: 34842/8/21, ethical board **** University) aiming at setting up an actionable clinical gold standard for Treat-to-Target management of rheumatic and bone diseases. As per the Egyptian national Ethical Committee regulations, informed consent was required from all the participants included in the study.
