: The study protocol was reviewed by Institutional Research Board (IRB) in faculty of Medicine, Assiut University no. 17101672. The study was abided with the Declaration of Helsinki guidelines. Informed consent was obtained from each participant before filling the questionnaire and after clarification of the study objectives.
