Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Kashan University of Medical Sciences (IR.KAUMS.MEDNT.REC.1404.002) for the retrospective review and analysis of existing medical records. The clinical data had been generated during routine patient care between 2020 and 2024 before initiation of the present retrospective research. No study-specific intervention, patient recruitment, or modification of treatment was performed. Ethics approval was obtained subsequent to generation of the routine clinical data for the purpose of retrospective analysis. All data were anonymized before analysis. The requirement for individual informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee because the study involved the retrospective analysis of anonymized existing clinical records, with no direct patient contact or study-specific intervention.
