: This study is based on a research project approved by Ethics Committee of UNISA and Mekelle University. In this regard, before conducting the field research, an ethical clearance with reference number 2017_DEVSTUD_Student_31 was obtained from the University of South Africa (UNISA), Department of Development Studies, Research Ethics Review Committee. Moreover, notifications of expedited approval with reference number 1107/2017 was obtained from Mekelle University, College of Health Science, Health Research Ethics Review Committee. All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable.
