: To ensure ethical conduct, ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Faculty of Engineering Ethics Committee at the British University in Egypt in 01-10-2012, before conducting interviews with participants in Aslam Square in 2013 and 2024.

: Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to interviewing them. The consent form contained a clear explanation of the purpose of the research, potential risks and benefits of participating, and the participants' right to withdraw at any time. Throughout the research process, participants’ confidentiality was maintained, data security was ensured, and any potential harm or discomfort was minimized. In addition, all images used in this article do not show clear facial features of the participants to insure their confidentiality.
