: The Human Scientific Ethics Committee at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University approved this research project (No. 2019-KY-176). All the steps of procedures were implemented in conformity with the relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements set forth by the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. All the protocols for animal experiments were sanctioned by the First affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University Animal Welfare Committee (No. 2021090201). The experimental procedures adhered strictly to the guidelines set forth in the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. Informed consent was secured from the patients whose fresh tumor specimens were utilized for mRNA-sequencing, RT-qPCR, IHC, and western blotting.
