: Ethical approval of this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of College of Health Sciences, Addis Ababa University (083/22/SPH). In addition, approval to collecting data at the selected workplaces and study settings was obtained from Sidama National Regional Health Bureau, Hawassa City Administration, as well as from the managers of each of the participating government organizations. Prior to commencing the interviews, all participants were informed about the study, and written consent was obtained. Anonymity and confidentiality was assured through coding of the worksites and participants. All research activities followed were performed in accordance with the relevant ethical guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki).
