: The study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr. 2021–04287 and 2022–05671-02). The participants were given information about the purpose of the study, and written consent for the study was provided when the participants logged into the mHealth service. Oral consent was given at the beginning of the interview before the audio recording started.
