: This study received ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of the Aga Khan University (5230-SON-ERC-18-ERC).The researchers obtained informed consent from all the participants after explaining the study procedures, risks, and benefits. Participants were also informed about their right to withdraw from the study at any time and were asked to give their consent prior to recording the focus group discussions. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
: The data collected consisted of focus group audio recordings and transcripts in both Urdu and English. To maintain anonymity, a code or pseudonym [ ] was assigned to each participant. Informed consent was obtained to ensure participant autonomy [ ]. To ensure confidentiality, all data, including audio recordings and transcripts, were stored on a personal computer protected by a secure password, accessible only to the principal investigator. The hard copies of the data and notes were secured in a locked filing cabinet. Audio recordings were destroyed after transcription.
