: Ethical approval to conduct this study was obtained from the Zanzibar Health Research Ethics Committee (ZAHREC) and the Second Vice President’s Office, Zanzibar, with reference number: NO ZAHREC/04/PR/NOV/2023/34. All study participants (caregivers) provided written informed consent and assent to participate in the study. The confidentiality of their responses was ensured, and interviews were conducted in private areas. Data was maintained confidentially, and no personal identifiers were collected or used in publications. This study adhered to the principles and policies outlined in the Helinski Declaration.
