: All study protocols and informed consent procedures were approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the University of California, San Francisco. The study enrolled older adults with subjective cognitive decline or mild cognitive impairment; participants demonstrated understanding during screening and consent, and research staff assessed comprehension as needed to ensure informed consent. All procedures were conducted remotely, and all participants provided informed consent using IRB-approved verbal (telephone) or digital (online form with typed name and date) processes prior to participation.
