: Ethical approval for the study was granted by the South African Medical Research Council, Human Research Ethics Committee (EC003-2/2022), and by the Ethics Committee of the University where we conducted the study. Permission to work at the University was granted by the University management. A gatekeeper permission letter to conduct the research, access, and work with the students was granted by the Registrar of the University.
