: The Family Health International (FHI) 360 Protection of Human Subjects Committee and Office of International Research Ethics reviewed and approved the study, with Project number 2118807–1. As part of FHI’s policy on Standards for Research Involving Human Subjects, the study adhered to the principles of the Helsinki Declaration as reviewed and approved by the organization. All participants provided two signed written consent forms for TB screening and diagnosis during the actual implementation of the TB case finding. The consent stated that the release of all information would be consistent with the personal and health information storage protocols of the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012. Each participant kept a copy of the consent form, and the duplicate was maintained by the implementation team.
