: This study was approved by the Scientific Committee of the Directorate of Planning, Projects, and Systems at San Simon University (with CP#: 0141–16-037–101-000–007), in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and current Bolivian legislation on research involving human participants.
