: Ethical approval for this study was provided by the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Committee of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. HuSSRECC subjected the protocol to a thorough review and, among other things, observed that the necessary precautions have been taken to ensure that the participants in study will be well protected from risks and other distasteful occurrences they may face in the administration of questionnaire in particular. Formal informed consent for participation was obtained verbally from each study participant after the study objectives have been interpreted to them in their local dialect.
