: All collection protocols were approved for human subjects’ research by the Human Research Review Committee (HRRC) (CR00008632). All IRB protocols were reviewed and approved by the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Office of Research, Human Research Protections Program (HRPP) prior to the enrollment of human subjects.
