: All methods in this study were conducted in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations, including the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The study and data collection received ethical approval and oversight from the Mengo Hospital Research and Ethics Committee (MHREC 52/07-2021) prior to data collection, including consent and data sharing agreements. Additional approval was obtained from the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST HS2043ES) before starting the data collection. Patients whose X-ray images were included in the study provided informed consent.
