Ethics approval and consent to participate: Mango fruits were purchased from Dusanee Orchard, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai, Thailand, Prior to sample collection, the orchard owner, Mr. Narong Jesadapun, was informed about the purpose of the study and provided verbal consent for the use of the purchased mangoes for research purposes. All experimental research involving plants and microorganisms was conducted in accordance with relevant institutional, national, and international guidelines and regulations. This study did not involve human participants, animals, endangered species, or wild collections; therefore, ethical approval was not required.
