: Participants were from two ongoing cohort studies conducted at Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center: The Religious Orders Study (ROS) and the Rush Memory and Aging Project (MAP). Each study was separately approved by a Rush University Medical Center Institutional Review Board.
: Written informed consents were collected from all the participants and an Anatomic Gift Act was signed by all ROS and MAP cohorts for brain donation.
