: SJL/J mice (H-2 s) were maintained at the animal facilities of Harvard University according to the animal protocol guidelines (24-16) of Harvard University and Harvard Medical School. All animal experiments that involved Thy-1.2 BALB/c and Thy1.1 BALB/c.Foxp3IRES-GFP x TCR-HA109–117 mice with or without additional Pgk-HA expression were performed as approved by the Regieriungspräsidium Dresden (Dresden Germany).
