: This study involving human umbilical-cord-derived MSCs was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki, and approved by the Research Ethics Committee Board of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital (consent number 2017–161-01, date 2017-12-26). Written informed consent was received from all donors of human umbilical cord.
