: The cervical fluid specimens, human blood genomic DNA, and urine samples are all sourced from Suzhou University Affiliated Dushu Lake Hospital in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. The collection of cervical fluid specimens was approved by the Ethics Committee of Suzhou University Affiliated Dushu Lake Hospital (Ethics Review Number: 2023伦研批第231013, dated August 9, 2023). Following ethical committee review, this study is a retrospective clinical research with a scientifically designed protocol that adheres to ethical principles.
