None of the textbooks analyzed in this paper are authored by any of them and these are published by a different editorial house. José Luis Coelho da Silva authored an unrelated natural sciences textbook, also not analysed in this paper, published by the same house editing the majority of the Portuguese textbooks in this analysis. Evangelia Mavrikaki authored Biology textbooks that were analyzed in this paper, however she was not among the coders of these books and neither did she intervene in their results.
