: The study was performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Ethical approval for this study was obtained by the regional ethical review board in Gothenburg in 2019. D-nr: 1078-18 (2019-03827). Informed consent was not obtained from the ED patients because the study data were part of the usual care and were not expected to affect individual patients. Information signs were in the waiting rooms at the respective ED that research/development work was ongoing at the ED. The risk of affected integrity was considered minimal since individual patients cannot be identified from this study.
