: All participants gave written, informed consent for general use of genotype and questionnaires data. After sending the purpose of this study to the participants, an additional agreement was obtained, with the option to opt-out. Among 12,621 participants, one who opted out was excluded from this study. We obtained approval from the Ethics Committee of Genequest Inc. This study was conducted according to the principles expressed in the Declaration of Helsinki.
