: The animal we studied was <i>Eriocheir sinensis</i>. <i>Eriocheir sinensis</i> is an important economic crab in China, which can be bought in the Chinese market. Therefore, this study has been granted an exemption from requiring ethics approval. All the animals we purchased were adapted under standard laboratory conditions (ventilation room, water temperature 25 ± 1 °C, pH 6.8, dissolved oxygen ≥ 5.0 mg/L), and were free to obtain standard water and food. All procedures were carried out in the Experimental Animal Center of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities (SYXK(GUI) 2017–0004) in accordance with the "Guidelines for Animal Care and Use" (China).
