: The animal used in this study was Capra hircus, that were Hainan black goats and its F1 hybrid offspring crossed with Nubian goats. Capra hircus is an important economic goat in China, which can be bought from the Chinese market. All the purchased animals were reared on standard water and food condition. All procedures were conducted according to the Regulations for the Administration of Affairs Concerning Experimental Animals (Ministry of Science and Technology, China, revised in March 2017), and approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at the Experimental Animal Center of Hainan Academy of Agricultural Science (HNXMSY-20210503).
