: Sprague Dawley outbred rats (originally obtained from Harlan Sprague Dawley Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana, USA (now Envigo)) were used for this study. Animals were bred in the Animal Facilities at the Division of Comparative Medicine, Washington University School of Medicine.
