: Seeds ofS. latifoliawere collected in four European countries (France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia) in areas where no permissions to collect the plant samples were needed.S. latifoliais not on the List of Protected and Endangered species in European countries and no permissions to collect the seeds of these plants were needed (Czech law number: 114/1992 Sb.) Seeds were grown in pots under greenhouse conditions, no field permissions were necessary to collect the plant samples for this study.
