: Wild soybeans used in this study were collected from southern China by Nanjing Agricultural University (NJAU) and cultivated soybean were cultivated by Nanjing Agricultural University (NJAU). All these samples were permitted to do scientific research. The experimental research on soybean was complied with China’s legislation and field studies was in accordance with legislation of Nanjing Agricultural University. All the experiments were not involved in any endangered or protected species.
