: Plant materials such asBrassica napusand alfalfa germplasm/cultivars were obtained from an on-going research program within Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Arabidopsis ecotypes were procured from the Arabidopsis Biological Resource Center (ABRC) located at the Ohio State University, Columbus OH, USA for academic research. Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is a department of the Government of Canada and all experimental research (laboratory, growth chamber/greenhouse) were conducted according to the national guidelines.
