: Healthy young bulls were slaughtered in the experimental slaughterhouse of the “Herbipole” (National Institute for Agronomic Research [INRA], Saint-Genès-Champanelle, France) (Slaughterhouse Permit number: 63345001). The bulls were raised according to current INRA and national ethical guidelines for animal welfare and the experiments were approved by the local ethics committee C2E2A (Comité d'Ethique pour l'Expérimentation Animale Auvergne) (Permit Number: C6334517).
