: Tissues were collected from chicken reared at the PEAT experimental unit (INRA, Centre Val de Loire, Nouzilly, France). All experiments were approved by the Ethics Committee in Animal Experimentation of Val de Loire CEEA Vdl (permit number 01607.02).
