: Animal experiments were approved by and performed in compliance with the guidelines of Animal Experimentation Ethics Committee at Suzhou kowloon Hospital. Using SU3 cells for experiments were approved by the Research Ethics Board at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. Written informed consent about his tumor cell’s study,was obtained from the patient. The National Institutes of Healthguidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals were followed in all animal procedures.
