Ethical approval was obtained from the Joint Research Ethics Committee (JREC/228/19) of the University of Zimbabwe (JREC/), the Medical Research Council of Zimbabwe (MRCZ/B/1824). Literacy is nearly universal in Zimbabwe [CitationRef removed] and all potential participants were able to read and comprehend the informed consent form.
